Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping:

All shipments from By Sonia Zhu Online Shop are dispatched from Lisbon, Portugal. We strive to process and ship orders promptly, typically within 3 working days of receiving payment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such circumstances.

Refund Policy:

At By Sonia Zhu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a refund within 30 days from the date of your order.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Items that are dirty, worn out, or not in their original state will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued for defective items only. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at bysoniazhu@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process. We may request photos or additional information to assess the defect and facilitate the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
